I had a fantastic time at the hotel with the best view of planes taking off and landing. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would DEFINITELY stay here again! the room was even better than in photos.

Loved the convenience of being directly connected to the airport, made our check-in a breeze and gave us extra time to explore. The pool area was absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing under the sun and we enjoyed every moment. The only downside was that the breakfast in the room was a bit lukewarm, but definitely didn't ruin our wonderful stay! 🔆

Had a blast at the nearby cable skiing and watersports, and the coastal park was perfect for a chill picnic with the squad. The evenings were lit with tons of action and the Pokemon-themed toys were legit awesome!

If there was a spot for a banging party, it would've taken the fun to the next level.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we experienced a luxury stay with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the room was spacious and pristine, equipped with top, notch technology that made our stay even more comfortable. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food options that catered to special diets, which was greatly appreciated. the entertainment and leisure facilities, including the private facilities, were top, notch and truly added to the luxurious experience.

the well, equipped sauna and indoor swimming pool made up for it.

The 15km stretch of beach and coastal park near the hotel makes for a pleasant picnic spot, bustling with activity in the evening. Kids and the young-at-heart will have so much fun exploring the Pokemon memorabilia, including unique Changi Airport-themed Pokemon toys.

My kids wished for more child-friendly menu options.

I always return for a romantic escape. Staff once rescued me with a phone charger. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, sauna, and no smoking on site. I love it.

We loved this hotel! It was the perfect stopover for us. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short ride on the Skytrain and a quick walk from the airport arrivals. We enjoyed the great restaurants in Terminal 3 that were easily accessible via the train, and the outdoor swimming pool was such a relaxing and refreshing amenity. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was impeccably clean.

Conveniently located at the airport, making it easy to find after a long flight. the breakfast was fantastic and added to our delightful stay. We appreciated the beautiful room with its luxurious amenities like the free-standing soaking tub and rejuvenating shower products. the hotel's proximity to the Jewel mall was a bonus, allowing us to explore various shops and eateries just a short walk away. the train station near the hotel made getting to the city hassle-free and enjoyable. a pricey but worthwhile experience.

Great location with direct connection to Changi Airport and metro into town. Room ready upon arrival at 7.30 am. Reasonably priced room service snacks. Spacious and well-appointed room with quality toiletries and personal items. Quiet room overlooking the runway. Nice public areas, restaurants, and swimming pool.

The stylish bathroom and neat storage were a favorite, and being connected to Jewel mall and Changi Airport was convenient. The front desk and Edge cafe service were exceptional. While the construction noise disrupted sleep, the pool, sun terrace, and nearby landmarks like HSBC Rain Vortex and Sunflower Garden enriched relaxation and family bonding. A few hiccups, but overall a pleasant stay.

The bathroom/bathtub with the view was divine. Majestic bathroom with a button-operated sun screen and black screen at the bathtub. Glass doors switch from see-through to opaque. Handee phone provided. The pool was divine with aqua bikes and a square area to relax. Rate honored.

Stayed overnight during transit, very convenient for an early flight. The location is fantastic, right next to the airport terminals and Jewel. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff at check-in were polite and patient, although it took a bit longer than expected. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options in the Jewel.

It made it really easy to get to the hotel after going through immigration. the hotel also provided a pre, arrival form which streamlined the check, in process. Another perk was the handy device they provided, which had free internet and international calls to several countries. It was really useful and saved me a lot on roaming charges.

The fact that they asked for identification before giving me my room key. I found it unnecessary, especially after having already toured the city.

During our romantic escape, we loved the excellent customer service from the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even offered us a cheaper room rate with breakfast included. the room itself was spacious and had a stunning view of the pool. the location was also a major plus, with easy access to the nearby shopping and entertainment center.

There were a few negative aspects. the coffee machines were quite temperamental and didn't consistently produce good quality coffee.

To improve, the hotel could work on soundproofing the rooms better. We could hear travelers coming and going during the early hours, which could be a bit bothersome.

I had a fantastic stay in Sorrento, enjoying stunning views over Naples bay from the hotel's cliffside location. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the spacious room provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was served promptly at 8.0am. The hotel facilities, including the poolside bar and lounge chairs, allowed me to soak up the sun and unwind. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.

The airport is so much fun with its indoor forest and huge selection of shops. I even got a workout in at the Entertainment Corner. Loved the variety of cuisines at Azur and the Canopy Park was a blast. The Chengal Ballroom is perfect for events.

Dealing with the renovations and limited dining options was just delightful. So glad I couldn't have pork or alcohol during Ramadan.
